How to create a signature online
Type it: enter your name and browse ten handwriting and calligraphy styles. Adjust the ink color, size, slant and stroke thickness until it feels like yours, then download the style you like as a PNG with a transparent background – ready to place on documents, emails or contracts – or as an SVG that scales to any size.
Draw it: sign with your mouse, trackpad, finger or stylus. Strokes are smoothed automatically, and you can undo the last stroke or start over. The download is cropped tightly around your signature, so it drops neatly into Word, Google Docs, PDF editors and email signatures.
Is a typed or drawn signature legally valid?
In many countries an electronic signature can be legally binding when both parties agree to sign electronically, but the rules depend on the document and jurisdiction. For contracts with high stakes, use a dedicated e-signature service that records identity and consent. This tool is ideal for email signatures, letters, forms and personal branding.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts (licensed under the SIL Open Font License). Your name and drawings stay in your browser. SVG downloads of typed signatures embed the font so they display correctly in browsers.
