Paris 2024 Medal Table
Final medal standings of the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad, Paris, 26 July – 11 August 2024.
How the Olympic medal table is ranked
The official IOC ranking orders nations by the number of gold medals, then silver, then bronze; nations with identical counts share a rank. Many media outlets, especially in the United States, rank by total medals instead — use the switch above to compare both views, or click a column header to sort by it.
The United States and China finished level on 40 golds; the US topped the table on silver medals. Host nation France finished fifth with 64 medals. More medals than events were awarded because boxing, judo, taekwondo and wrestling give two bronze medals per event, and ties can add extra medals.
Individual Neutral Athletes (AIN) — approved athletes from Russia and Belarus — and the Refugee Olympic Team (EOR) are listed for completeness. The IOC does not rank AIN in its official table, so it has no rank here.
